My name is Margaret Smith, I’m a mother of two growing boys, who understands the reality of busy weeknights and the challenge of getting a home cooked meal on the table. I am originally from Chicago, which means I have eaten more deep dish pizza and Chicago style hot dogs than I will ever admit. However, I learned to cook in the Midwest, where food isn’t just about eating, it's about taking care of each other. A good meal doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful to someone.
In 2023, our family moved to Tucson and as my husband says, I brought my Midwest palate with me! This move sparked the creation of The Hungry Javelina. The idea grew out of my own kitchen and the constant question “what’s for dinner?” A lot of people want to cook, but don’t have the time and that’s where I come in! My meal service will provide you with fresh and thoughtfully prepared meals at your door. You deserve more time to relax, connect with your family and enjoy a homemade meal without the stress.
How does it work?

3) Free delivery or pick up
4) Pay via Zelle, Venmo or cash
The menu will rotate different dishes on a monthly basis and also include seasonal selections.
